The VTech Kidizoom watch features a camera and video capability. The 256MB memory stores about 1600 photos at the camera's resolution.
The video clips are limited to 60 seconds each and are 320x240 or 160x120 pixel @ 15fps. The photo resolution is 640x480 which makes this a 0.3MP camera. There are creative photo effects, frames and filters that can be applied to photos.

The battery is a lithium ion battery which has a duration dependent on frequency of usage: 1 day for heavy usage, 2-3 days for typical usage and 2 weeks for low usage. The watch is "splashproof" meaning it is not waterproof but would resist casual moisture.

Transferring files from watch to computer to be a bit dated and cumbersome. You can plug in the watch via the micro USB. A drive appears called VTech 1557. You can navigate to the DCIM folder and locate the files which are drag and dropped to a location on your computer.
One thing that should also be noted - there is no language setting on this watch. It is English only. I was considering recommending this to a Spanish speaking family I know but it does not support Spanish.
